Privacy notice
This notice explains how Metria Data Systems, LLC uses information submitted through the NetMetria website.
Information collected
When you submit a NetMetria Explorer evaluation request or the Network Dataset Workflow Assessment contact form, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email, organization or team, role, area of interest, tools or workflow, intended use, assessment score and answers, environment scale, and the problem you describe. The site may also record campaign parameters and the page used to submit the form.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to record your evaluation request or assessment submission, send requested NetMetria Explorer release and evaluation information through controlled communications, respond to assessment inquiries, understand intended uses and workflow problems, improve examples and documentation, maintain reasonable business records, and protect forms from abuse.
Form processing and service providers
The website forms use Cloudflare to process submissions, apply Turnstile abuse protection, rate-limit repeated requests, and store accepted submissions in Cloudflare D1. Public form submissions do not automatically send email to NetMetria or to the address provided. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Retention
Evaluation-request and assessment information may be retained while it remains reasonably useful for release communication, product planning, security, and business-record purposes. Accepted submissions are stored in the NetMetria D1 database until they are reviewed or removed under the applicable retention process.
Your choices
You may ask to correct or delete information you submitted, or ask NetMetria to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@netmetria.com.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect submitted information. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the website, form processing, or business operations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
